Dr. Tiffany K. Harbour

Principal, SORA Global Policy, Independence Point Advisors

Dr. Tiffany K. Harbour is an experienced public policy, risk and cyber professional, having worked on key security and data issues for over 20 years. Dr. Harbour joined Independence Point Advisors after multiple roles focused on global risk, including her role as Bank of America’s lead in international public policy for two geographic regions. Previously, Dr. Harbour served as the Cyber Mission Manager for a national intelligence center and has held several supervisory and senior intelligence roles focused on information operations, telecommunications, open-source exploitation and strategic outreach in support of offensive and defensive computer network operations. She served as the United States Intelligence Community lead for the Enterprise Protection Risk Management program. Dr. Harbour is also a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Dr. Harbour holds a doctorate in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, a master’s in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona and a master’s in Humanities with a focus on Modern Languages from Wright State University. She is a graduate of Air War College and Air Command and Staff College. Dr. Harbour was awarded the Tinker Fellowship for field research in Latin America. She also speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Susie Cranston

Senior Executive Vice President, First Republic Private Wealth Management

Ms. Cranston is responsible for overseeing Wealth Managers and Client Services, as well as leading platform advancement, strategic planning and the evolution of First Republic’s broader wealth management services. She is also responsible for Wealth Management deposits and lending. Prior to joining First Republic in 2013, Ms. Cranston spent 12 years at McKinsey & Company, where she consulted on strategy, growth and transformational change for financial services companies.

Active in the San Francisco community, Ms. Cranston is a board member of the Commonwealth Club and Lone Mountain Children’s Center. She has authored several published articles and a book on women and leadership, How Remarkable Women Lead.

Ms. Cranston holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
