Arden O’Connor founded the O’Connor Professional Group to address the needs of families and individuals struggling with an array of behavioral health issues, including addiction, mental health disorders, eating disorders, and learning and other developmental challenges. With several relatives in recovery, Arden is passionate about helping families and individuals navigate the highly fragmented treatment system in a way that creates positive outcomes and allows families to heal. Arden is a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School.

Chief of Clinical Operations, O’Connor Professional Group

Diana Clark, Chief of Clinical Operations, is a renowned family recovery advocate in the field of addiction and mental health treatment. With a master’s degree in Psychology from Antioch University New England, Diana has been aiding families during times of turmoil for over 20 years. Prior to her work in the mental health field, Diana was a practicing labor and employment attorney advising employers in the implementation of clear and compassionate policies. Diana has developed and facilitated numerous workshops for families and professionals and is also the author of the book Addiction Recovery: A Family’s Journey, which offers guidance for family members of those struggling with substance use disorders and mental health concerns.

Managing Director, Head of Family Engagement and Governance, First Republic Investment Management

Stacy Allred is a Managing Director and Head of Family Engagement and Governance with First Republic Investment Management. Prior to joining First Republic in 2020, Stacy spent 20 years with Merrill Private Wealth Management, founding the Merrill Center for Family Wealth™ during her time there. Previously, she provided comprehensive financial planning and tax services to multigenerational family groups and executives for nine years with Ernst & Young. Immersed in the facilitation of family meetings, her practice includes the application of family governance and decision-making, family dynamics, learning and development of the rising generation, philanthropy and transition planning. She is a Personal Financial Specialist and Certified Public Accountant (California) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor.
