In 2021, President Joe Biden signed the American Rescue Plan Act, which provided $10 billion to fund the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI). SSBCI will fund state, territory and tribal government small business credit support and investment programs, including allocations to venture capital funds.

In this webinar, our distinguished experts from the U.S. Treasury and financial firms based in Maryland, New York and California will provide an overview of the program objectives and rules from both the federal and state perspectives, with an emphasis on venture capital and emerging managers.
